Wayco stands behind all its products and performs in-house servicing of all goods sold by Wayco. Our Service department is dedicated to keeping your workshop equipment where it should be - in your workshop, helping to get your customers back on the road. To this end, we provide a return service, direct to Wayco, to reduce double handling and downtime.
We are concerned with keeping you safe and ensuring that your tools perform at optimum performance levels, with minimal downtime. We have invested in the most advanced test equipment to test and check any product returned to Wayco for servicing or repair. We test all merchandise, before and after servicing to ensure optimal performance when it is returned to our customers. This equipment servicing is performed by our highly trained technicians, who also arrange to courier the goods back to you as soon as the equipment servicing is completed.
